When updating a conversation using Zapier, we want to be able to add properties, leads, process to it.

Currently, we can only set "Workflow Settings" hours (e.g., Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm). This pauses all communication until the window opens. It would be great to have the ability to add "Time of Day" and "Day of Week" conditional logic steps within Pipeline Automations. This would allow us to send different immediate auto-responses based on when the lead arrives, rather than just pausing them. Overall improving our speed to lead experience.

I'd love to be able to see older version of the process as it changes. Like if a new conditional logic was added to the process yesterday, I'd like to see the date, time and user who changed it. Some kind of version history or change log. So if a previous process failed or got stuck last week, I can see what the process was last week and know that the issue has been changed in the process workflow already.

Add a field that shows the date when the last stage change was made, that is accessible through the REST API

We have some tasks that are completed outside of LeadSimple. I'd love to have a task that requires the assignee to create a note in the process with an update.

When you open up a process to look at all the ones you have active, you can not scroll horizontally until you first scroll all the way to the bottom of the list to locate the horizontal scroll bar. This is slightly inconvenient if you want to review columns that are hidden on the right. Can we move this to the top so we can quickly scroll to the right?

Allowing custom contact fields to be used in conditions for tasks in process will unlock the ability to deliver higher customer service. Example: Contact custom field equals New Client, then a task would populate to do a follow up call after the onboarding process for check in. Or a Task to call 15 days prior to their first unit turn etc... Contact custom field: Have they reviewed = no, Task to ask for a review after successful leasing process Contact custom field: Client satisfaction score 1-10. Task: if score is = to or less than 7 task to call at end of process to check in. There are a lot of use cases for this feature that will help care for current clients. Using a Property field does not work here for owners with multiple properties. The ability to have these fields stay with the owner so that that carry through the processes would be highly valued.

Customers would like the ability to view all key business development and sales performance metrics in a single, one-page dashboard within CRM Legacy, similar to the attached example. The goal is to reduce the need to navigate between multiple reports and provide leadership and business development teams with an at-a-glance view of performance. On my computer lead details are easy to see on the right hand side of the screen but these details are difficult to see on the app. Additionally, the app does not seem to save my login info. So the phone app is pretty well useless as it is Your email detail is also great so we just usually work off the emails. That said it seems like a well functioning app would be great.

Gives ability to call owners every 90 days from contract start date, and we wont have to create tons of additional tasks. Also, when using in a process if we need to remind a tenant or prospect of information we need from them, the task can be recurring until the information is received. Final example, email marketing update weekly to owners for as long as the property is live. Due date = every 90 days, after contract start date Due date = every 3 days, until = { Have we received Insurance docs} = Yes. Due date = every 7 days, from= live date I understand we can set recurring task for manual tasks, and doing this for each use case is overwhelming
